I’m Casey.

Before I really understood the foundations of nutrition, I was a chronic ‘yo-yo dieter’ I struggled immensely with super low self-esteem and body dysmorphia - so even when I did lose the weight, I never saw a difference. 

I literally would go SUPER hard with every diet, telling myself that I was going to actually do it this time … only to beat myself up for enjoying some pasta or cake, convinced I had ruined ALL of my progress. I was completely sold into the idea that I was the problem, and just a bad person because of the foods I ate. The shame and the guilt was REAL!
