So glad you asked. My name is Casey Rose. Iâm a certified personal trainer, health fitness specialist, athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach and have been for the last 10 years.

I have struggled my entire adult life with disordered eating, extremely low levels of self worth, body dysmorphia and self sabotage.
I truly mean it when I say it, I tried EVERYTHING and yet the scale never changed.
I was stuck in the toxic cycle of yo-yo dieting and self sabotage and that kept me stuck in losing/gaining the same 20 pounds. Over and over and over again.Â
So what changed? I decided to say F*CK IT. I'm done with the diet plans. I'm done killing my body in the gym. I'm done with the constant judgement and shame.Â
I decided to get to the root cause of what was keeping me stuck: My mindset and belief system.Â
âĄď¸Instead of dieting, I focused on healing my relationship with food.
