Hi, I'm Casey.
And I get it, because I LIVED IT. I struggled with my relationship with my body and with food for my entire adult life. Constant shame, extreme self judgement and guilt for eating what i ate and the way my body looked. I was trapped in a cycle of self sabotage, extreme dieting and __ before I learned about subconscious reprogramming. Once i realized that the reason I was stuck was because of my CONDITIONING (and not because i was a failure) everything changed. Once i reprogrammed the beliefs that lived within my subconscious mind, everything shifted. I lost 20 pounds when i stopped pushing so hard and instead focused on BALANCE and self love in the present moment regardless of what my body looked like. It is now my mission and purpose to help women like you do the same!
